The Berwick Neighbourhood Centre Inc (BNC) is governed by a Committee of Governance, elected at the AGM with members drawn from the general community, centre users, and interested persons who wish to have an input into the policy and direction of the centre.

BNC members, staff, volunteers and visitors are expected to work cooperatively with all people involved in the BNC to promote an environment where each person feels comfortable and welcome and is treated with dignity and respect.
